Does my Street Team account expire?
Street Team accounts are removed after 90 days of inactivity, and earned points expire on a rolling 12-month basis if not used.
There are two things to keep in mind about Street Team account activity:
- Account inactivity: If your name has no activity in the "Who Sent You" dropdown and no content submissions for 90 days, your name will be removed from the program
- Points expiration: Accrued points expire on a rolling 12-month basis from the date they were earned if not redeemed
